The Jersey Shore star is sharing a different gym exercise each week on her YouTube channel in a series of videos titled Workout Wednesdays w/ Snooki.

In the first video, Snooks demonstrates the Romanian dead lift with the guidance of her super buff trainer Anthony Michael.

Michael explains that the exercise is especially good for the lower body, "targeting the lower back, bottom, hamstrings and calves."

Snooki, who is just 4' 8", admitted to gaining 40 pounds during her pregnancy and has been losing it the good, old fashioned way—through healthy eating and exercise—something she says anyone can do.
