During a group dinner with her sisters Toni Braxton, Trina Braxton, Towanda Braxton and Tracey Braxton and their mother, Evelyn Braxton, Tamar attempts to explain what kept her from attending the United Negro College Fund's Evening of Stars ceremony to see her nephew Diezel Ky present an award with his mother, Toni.

Tamar blames her absence on her sisters' decision to invite her "stalker" -- who turns out to be a member of Toni and Towanda's teams who dissed Tamar on social media -- to the event. “Well this particular person was asked not to be around me period, and I don’t get how family brings a person around that another family member is completely and utterly uncomfortable with,” Tamar tells her sisters.
