Tara Reid and Lindsay Lohan used to be pretty close friends back in the day, but that's all changed now. Tara talked to TMZ about her old pal and revealed that Lindsay is mean when she gets drunk. She also said that she isn't surprised to hear that Lindsay got her car towed in NYC recently claiming the troubled actress crashed one of her own friend's cars. Yikes.
