Our friends at RadarOnline.com can confirm the Flip or Flop stars were given until June 26th to file their own documents against their former employee Jonathan Schmier. Schmier filed a federal lawsuit against the couple last month, alleging that the HGTV stars owe him $12,800 back in wages and $25,000 in commission.
