Tarek & Christina El Moussa are headed to court! Our friends at RadarOnline.com can confirm the Flip or Flop stars were given until June 26th to file their own documents against their former employee Jonathan Schmier. Schmier filed a federal lawsuit against the couple last month, alleging that the HGTV stars owe him $12,800 back in wages and $25,000 in commission.
