Farrah Abraham Breaks Down In Tears Over An Engagement To Simon Saran In A 'Teen Mom OG' Clip!
Farrah Abraham and Simon Saran are trying to work things out!
In a sneak peek clip for Teen Mom OG, Farrah and her on-again-off-again boyfriend go to a couples therapy session hoping to work out their issues. "I got this ring, which was suppose to be an engagement ring, I did this with Sofia, I called Simon, and I thought he was going to propose and nothing has ever happened," Farrah says.
The therapist replies, "I'm sorry back up for a second. You were thinking, I would like to design a ring with my daughter that is suppose to be symbolic of my connection and my commitment with Simon, I'm not going to involve him in the designing of this ring."

Simon, stuck up for his reasoning on why he perhaps didn't propose yet and says, "Financially, that ring didn't make any sense."
