Just days after spending her 23rd birthday with her dad, David, back in Michigan, the bday celebrations continued for Catelynn Lowell in NYC. Catelynn, along with her fellow Teen Mom OG ladies, spent the weekend in Manhattan to film a few specials for the new season, and Cate was seen out and about with her father and her newborn daughter, Nova!

While Cate's fiance Tyler Baltierra seemingly didn't make the trip this time, Catelynn's dad stepped in for him, carrying Nova's carseat as they departed MTV studios. Watch the video above to see the cuteness!
