In a bonus clip for Teen Mom OG, Cate opens up about her decision to finally seek more "intense" help at a treatment facility. "I decided to get help really from just talking with Tyler and realizing that maybe I needed something more intense for myself and maybe to get away and focus on myself with nobody else around," she explained.

"I just had a lightbulb moment where I was like maybe I need extra help and it's okay if you need it type of thing," she added. And luckily for the reality star, she had a great support system at home. "Tyler was very supportive. Obviously he stayed home the whole month with Nova while I was gone," she revealed.
