In a sneak peek clip for Teen Mom OG, the mother-of-three got a major surprise from her adorable little family! Her new husband, Taylor McKinney, and her son, Bentley, threw a surprise party for her birthday.
The couple welcomed their third child into the family, a son named Maverick Reed, but it was time to celebrate Maci. The reality star turned 25-years-old and they had some cupcakes and balloons waiting for her when she got home. "Were you surprised?," Taylor asked his wife and she replied, "Yes, I knew something was going on!"

He joked, "Well, it was like trying to organize a circus act." "Well that's how our pretty much everyday life is," Maci said.
