In a sneak peek clip at Teen Mom: Young & Pregnant, Jade's on-again-of-again boyfriend and baby daddy, Sean, gives her the surprise of a lifetime! The new mother couldn't stop smiling and tells Sean, "I feel giddy!"

"I know things were rough for a long time, but I don't see myself being with anybody else but you, forever," Sean tells her.
