'I Would Threaten Suicide!' 'Teen Mom' Star Tells All About Her Heartbreaking Struggle
Mackenzie Mckee isn't holding back any secrets.
In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, the former Teen Mom 3 star opened up about her heartbreaking struggle with postpartum depression following the birth of her third child. “My postpartum was so bad,” the mother-of-three said. “I would fill up the bathtub and go under water. I would take anxiety meds and hope not to wake up.”
She explained that her husband, Josh Mckee, wasn't exactly supportive of her dark period. “I was in the bathtub and Josh took the kids,” she confessed. “I definitely needed him, but I was pushing him away. He would come home from work and I would be crying and I would threaten suicide. He couldn’t handle it.”
