Luckily, The Little Couple's Jen Arnold is cancer free as we head into the seventh season of the show, premiering tonight on TLC, but Bill Klein's health isn't exactly perfect nowadays. We'll see Bill deal with back pain throughout much of the new season, so we guess it's Jen's turn to dote on her husband!
