Like so many other celebrities out there in Hollywood, Tia Mowry-Hardrict made the healthy choice and officially went vegan. Wait, doesn't that mean no cheese? Tia, how did you do it?

Tia says her new vegan diet is all about fruits, veggies, and protein—and it's left her feeling fabulous and alive! But Tia was also very honest and mentioned the difficult aspects of going vegan. When you're a vegan eater, Tia says that snacks can be scarce and finding time to cook the approved dishes is a toughie when you're a busy mom.
