Tiger Woods Blames DUI Arrest On ‘Reaction’ To Prescription Drugs
Tiger Woods was arrested for suspicion of DUI on May 29 in Jupiter, Florida. He was taken to the county jail, and then released.
The 14-time golf champion finally broke his silence about the incident. His statement read:“I understand the severity of what I did. I want the public to know that alcohol was not involved.”
He added, “What happened was an unexpected reaction to prescribed medications. I didn’t realize the mix of medications had affected me so strongly.”
