Tragedy For Suri Cruise — Grandmother Dies & Has Memorial At Church Of Scientology
Suri Cruise will never get to see her paternal grandmother again.
Mary Lee South, mother of Tom Cruise, died last week at the age of 80. She passed away in her sleep after a years-long battle with various health issues.
Her memorial was held this weekend at her local Church of Scientology. Tom and his three sisters were in attendance. But was 10-year-old Suri able to say goodbye?
Tom and Suri have barely spent any time together since his split from Katie Holmes, and according to reports, this is due in part to Katie's concerns about the teachings of his controversial church. Instead, he and Suri reportedly connect during video calls, the content of which sometimes causes Katie to pull the plug.
