In a sneak peek clip for Teen Mom OG, the reality star had a deep conversation with his mom, Kim, and his producer, Kerthy, about his stress. "I don't know if you're trying to be perfect, if you're trying not, are you worried if you don't make it perfect, Cate might plummet again? That was a scary period," Kerthy asked him.
