Usher hired a nanny to help him care for his two young kids, but it looks like he wasn't paying his employee what he should have been! Cecilia Duncan, who was hired by Usher as a part-time nanny back in December 2010, revealed that she often worked over 40 hours a week, but hasn't been paid properly by the singer. Cecilia has since slapped Usher with a six-figure lawsuit hoping to cover what she is owed.
