Katie Maloney Breaks Down As She Recalls Near-Death Accident On 'VPR' Reunion
Katie Maloney-Schwartz relives a painful part of her past on next week's Vanderpump Rules Reunion Part 2.
In a sneak peek clip from the episode, Katie recalls the injuries she suffered following a near-death accident in 2009, when she fell through a skylight.
Katie broke her collarbone, shoulder, several ribs, and her jaw when she fell through the skylight and also suffered bleeding in her brain. The injury left Katie with a permanent facial scar and affected her mentally. She admitted it caused anger issues and even depression, which affected her relationship with her now-husband, Tom Schwartz.

During the reunion special, Katie looked back on a video recording of herself taken just seven days after the accident, and broke down as she reflected on the emotional time in her life.
The Vanderpump Rules Reunion Part 2 airs Monday, May 14th at 9pm ET on Bravo.
