The Wanted's lead vocalist and youngest member of the group, Nathan Sykes, is being flown out to Los Angeles to undergo urgent throat surgery. The 19-year-old British singer has been experiencing a hemorrhaging nodule on his vocal chord. Nate has been keeping his fans in the loop through his Twitter page tweeting, "Gutted …" and "Can’t sleep. So much on my mind." We hope you have a speedy recovery, Nathan!
