Kanye West was in a great mood on Wednesday as he strolled through New York City’s Soho neighborhood.

The rapper, rocking distressed jeans and an oversized grey sweatshirt, talked on the phone as he headed to his apartment. But he paused his conversation to speak with a fan that spotted him on the sidewalk.

West shook the young man's hand and briefly talked with him before continuing on his way. And that same day, West also took a moment to ask a photog about the stylish sweatshirt he was wearing.
