It all started when Bubbles the elephant was adopted by Myrtle Beach Safari in 1983 as an ivory orphan. It wasn't until 2007 however that Bubbles met her bestie Bella who was abandoned at the Safari by a contractor. Their love for the water was the initial bond of their now inseparable friendship.
