Finally came the moment everyone was waiting for: Kate stepped into a car with her father, Michael Middleton, giving fans a glimpse of her gorgeous Sarah Burton at Alexander McQueen dress! As the car made its way toward Westminster Abbey at 10:51 a.m., Kate beamed at the crowd and waved as she went.
Her sister Pippa was waiting at the entrance to the Abbey, and made sure to hold her long train while Kate entered the church, waving a few more times at the crowd. Her father escorted her down the long aisle toward her Prince!
Once she arrived next to Prince William, he murmured to her dad, "I thought this was supposed to be a small affair!"
