Adele Talks About Pre-Show Puking & Avoiding People Who Bring Her Down

As 23 year-old singing sensation Adele is a hit not only here but in her homeland across the pond as well, she opened up in a cover magazine story about her pre-show ritual, the industry's obsession with weight and a conscious decision to be single. Find out more after the jump!

Adele graces the cover of the October issue of British Vogue and revealed she actually vomits a lot before she goes on stage! According to JustJared, she explained, “I puke quite a lot before going on stage. Though never actually on stage. But then, I s— myself before everything...the bigger the freak-out, the more I enjoy the show!”

She also mentioned the entertainment industry's obsession with weight doesn't exactly faze her since it all points back to negativity. She noted, “I’ve seen people where it rules their lives, who want to be thinner...and how it wears them down. And I don’t want that in my life. I have insecurities, of course, but I don’t hang out with anyone who points them out to me.”

Lastly, this singleton said having a love life is distracting. “I do get massively distracted when I’ve got someone in my life, which I can’t afford to do right now." Besides, no one treats me as well as I do.”
