So many new revelations have come out lately as the tenth anniversary of Mean Girls nears, and everything we've recently discovered about the film, including these 10 Things You Didn't Know About Mean Girls, is mind-blowing. But perhaps nothing is more interesting than Cosmopolitan.com's interview with Daniel Franzese, aka Damian, who revealed what the alternate endings (plural) to the film were supposed to be!

Daniel reveals lots of big bombshells in the interview, like that James Franco was considered for the role of Aaron Samuels and that "You Go Glen Coco" is still one of his favorite lines to this day. But the biggest tidbit of info is that in the alternate ending, Damian was going to audition for American Idol after junior year, get called chubby by Simon Cowell, and then punch Simon Cowell in the face! Daniel said they never actually filmed that footage, but they did this film this alternate, alternate ending:

Janis and Damian convince Kevin G. to go to the school board when they discuss her punishment to confess that it was him, but Kevin G never shows up. So Damian gets on the podium and kind of bullshits his way through saying it was him to try to protect Miss Norbury.<

BRB, it's going to take us a long, long time to get over this.
