Kim Kardashian's Twitter followers might have been concerned when they read the reality star was headed to bed due to a case of diarrhea last night — but don't fret — it was a small April Fool's prank. Kim's pal Nicole Richie (with the help of sister Khloé Kardashian Odom) hacked into Kim's Twitter account and had some fun!
"There I was thinking I had made it to the end of April Fool's day without getting seriously pranked and then I start seeing really bizarre replies on my Twitter on my Blackberry," Kim explained on her Web site. "Khloe gave my Twitter password to Nicole and she totally took over my Twitter."

And that she did, from the background to the very funny Tweets, Nicole had a good April Fool's laugh.
"She changed the background and my profile pic (luckily I had them saved) and then started tweeting from my account!!!," Kim continued. "You totally got me, Nicole... now I'm just plotting my revenge. Do you guys have any ideas??
