“I’m really exited about the Made in America Music Festival. This year is the first year they’ll be having one in L.A. I’m actually going to the L.A. one. John Mayer is performing, Kanye West, Rita Ora—amazing performances. They’re taking over downtown L.A. I’m really excited about that. It’s going to be my end-of-summer celebration right before I get back to work on The Real.”
Her Made in America Dress Code—Sneakers!
“I’m actually going to be wearing Jordans. It’s definitely a sneaker situation. You’re walking to everything. You’ve got to be able to run from stage to stage. I recently got a pair of sneakers at my favorite sneaker store in New York City. It’s called Roc N’ ‘Sole. It’s a really cool hipster sneaker boutique. I actually have cool Adidas that I got there. They put my logo in the side of my sneakers.”

“I feel like a loser when I have the original laces in my sneakers. I just discovered leather laces. It’s a company called Aglit Italy. Let’s say you have a pair of Jordan Concords that have patent leather on them, you can actually get patent leather laces for them.”
Julia Roberts—Best-Dressed at the Emmys
“I’m obsessed with Julia Roberts, so I’m kind of biased. We have the same birthday. My favorite movie is Steel Magnolias, Pretty Woman. I’m obsessed with the woman."
“Sam Edelman and Nordstrom are having a sale. I love Sam Edelman sandals, and obviously since summer is coming to an end, they are going on sale. I’m obsessed with their gladiator shoes. I just bought a pair. I bought the gold gladiator ones, and I know I’ll be taking them through the fall.”
