Country singer Randy Travis is singing the blues. He's currently in police custody in Texas after being arrested Tuesday night for driving under the suspicion of alcohol. But, that's not all. The 53-year-old was found naked in his 1998 Pontiac Trans Am he crashed into barricades that were in a construction zone.

According to reports, he had to be given clothes to wear for his mug shot.

Oh, but there's more. The musician was also charged with "retaliation" in addition to the suspected DWI, because the Grayson County Sheriff's office said he threatened to shoot and kill the troopers after they put him inside the police car.

Randy was not hurt. He only suffered minor bruises and scraps, but this is the second time this year the singer has been arrested for drinking. Back in February, he was arrested in Texas on suspicion of public intoxication. He was sitting in his car with an open wine bottle in front of a church when police spotted him smelling like alcohol.
