Not only did Justin Bieber get a new tattoo, he's about to release new music! The teen dream told I Heart Radio that you can expect his new album Believe very soon!
"The Believe album is going to be coming out hopefully February-March time," he said. "I'm really excited about it. Hopefully we can make history where we'll be working with a lot of different people and working very hard to try and make a new sound something that people aren't really used to."

One of those people is Drake who announced earlier that he is working with The Bieb on the new album.

Next for Justin? We're not exactly sure but we have a feeling he'll probably be appearing at his GF Selena Gomez's 2nd annual charity concert that was just announced.
