Pals say Kim Kardashian is set to fight "tooth and nail" with soon-to-be-ex-hubby Kris Humphries over his "ridiculous," claims that she only married the NBA player to boost ratings for her reality show.

"Up until now she's been taking the high road. No longer," says a pal. "She has dirt on him, and she and her mother are not planning to roll over and play dead. He wants a fight, and they're ready to give him one."

Instead of accepting a divorce settlement and moving on, Kris is seeking an annulment on the grounds he was duped by Kim and her momager, Kris Jenner, into marrying her.

"Humphries doesn't want one penny from her," a source told Radar Online. "His lawyers have said he only wants her to agree with Kris' contention that the marriage was a fraud."
