While both girls have gotten fairy-tale endings—Jessa with Ben Seewald and Jill with Derick Dillard—Jessa is jealous of Jill’s fancy home while she settled into a secondhand house, which was no surprise to the 22-year-old.

“She’s used to Jill getting pampered,” a source told OK! Magazine. “It doesn’t faze her at this point.”
Jim Bob Duggar, who does real estate for a living, set up Jill and Derick in a $1.5 million mansion right after their June wedding. He intended to flip the home after purchasing it in 2012, but instead gave it to his 23-year-old daughter.

Their two-story home is situated on top of a hill has four-bedrooms, a giant driveway and tons of green space.

If you recall from a 19 Kids And Counting episode, the entire family helped Jill and Derick move in, too.
However, Jessa and Ben moved into a tiny tract home formerly occupied the eldest son Josh Duggar and his wife, Anna Duggar, after their November wedding.

Jessa’s home has two bedrooms and one bathroom compared to Jill’s 4,000-square-feet.
But all that space for two people? According to the source, Jim Bob is happy that Jill is expanding her family in return for the large home.
“He hopes Jill and Derick fill that house with babies,” the source said. “They certainly have plenty of room!”
