Even a lunch date calls for flashy fashion for George and Amal Clooney, who dressed up for a casual outing with a former politician.
The pair were super stylish during an outing to the Palms restaurant in Beverly Hills on Oct. 22.
Mrs. Clooney, who looked thinner than ever, wore a simple beige dress and very high stiletto sandals.

George even has to help his waify wife walk at one point.
But it wasn’t just a regular date for the power couple, who were actually having a meal with former British politician David Miliband.

While George seems to like politics, we won’t be expecting a President Clooney anytime soon. The actor recently said he would never run for office since it’s such a tough job. “I commend people who go into public service because it's such a horrible way to get elected, it's such a horrible time while you're in office,” he said.
