Watch: Are Ben and Jen Heading For Divorce?
Is yet another Hollywood couple headed for a pricey divorce? Rumors have swirled there’s trouble in paradise for Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner and now they are living separate lives.
A source told OK! Magazine that the parents of three— Violet, 9, Seraphina, 6, and Samuel, 3— are “already separated” and will take the next step to end their relationship sooner rather than later.
“They’re already separated,” an insider told OK! exclusively. “Ben wants the official statement to come out a few weeks before their 10th anniversary June 29 — which he hopes will give enough time for the news to die down by the time he has to promote Batman v Superman and the other movies he has coming out next year.”
The source said Jen, 43, has reached her breaking point in their relationship and even having some alone time while they work on separate projects hasn’t helped.
“Often, when Ben and Jen have a problem, they just agree to ride it out and be miserable together until they can get some time apart,” a pal of Garner’s said. “Jennifer has close friends who think that she and Ben are a horrible fit, despite how much he loves being a father to those kids.”

Another factor of their breakup for Jen? The 42-year-old abandoned his daddy duties to play high-stakes poker for hours in Las Vegas.
“Jen and Ben have had many fights this year over his increased gambling,” the insider said. The Batman actor was banned from playing blackjack at the Hard Rock Casino & Hotel in Las Vegas back in May 2014, though he insisted Jen has never been mad about his activities in Details.
However, things have changed for the worse and, according to the source, Jen has “been preparing herself emotionally for a divorce for some time” and is so “miserable,” even family neighbors are starting to notice.
“This is a very difficult time for her,” a neighbor of Jen’s sister, Susannah, told OK! exclusively. “Everyone needs to stop talking about it.”
