Gwen Stefani is proving her love to Blake Shelton in a way only she can. The “Used to Love You” singer stepped out on Wednesday with The Voice coach, while wearing Vans that bared his face. Gwen has never been one to shy away from unique fashion choices, and these shoes are no exception. Gwen had no shame as she strutted her stuff in her Blake-covered attire.
The singer was also wearing a shirt that had the words “I Heart…” on it, but her overalls covered up the last word. Perhaps it’s Blake whom she loves?
Meanwhile, Blake seemed unfazed that his face ended up on a pair of shoes.

As OK! readers know, Blake and Gwen have been dating since late 2015. The couple met while judges on The Voice, and began seeing each other after their respective divorces.
Blake previously told Ellen DeGeneres that Gwen was “the most normal person that I’ve ever met in my life.” Maybe she hadn’t bought these shoes yet.
