Halle Berry has had a rough week. The actress has been battling her ex, Gabriel Aubry, in court over a custody battle for their daughter Nahla. To make matters worse, she's still on crutches after injuring her foot.

Halle had to hobble her way into a restaurant for brunch in West Hollywood on Wednesday. Luckily, she had Olivier Martinez by her side to help her get in and out of her car.
