Jodie Sweetin's ex-fiancé Justin Hodak has officially been sentenced to more than six years in prison after being arrested on gun and drug charges!
Hodak was found guilty of possession of a deadly weapon and falsifying evidence by threatening a witness, and plead "no contest" in court on Friday May 5, according to Entertainment Tonight. He'll now be serving six years and eight months in a California state prison, and once released, he’ll be put on an additional five-year probation.

Hodak is forced to give his gun to the Los Angeles police department and undergo a 52-week domestic violence treatment program within the first 30 days of his release from jail. Moving forward, he will be banned from owning any “dangerous or deadly weapons.”
Unfortunately, being arrested isn't a new thing for Hodak, who's been incarcerated three times since he and Sweetin called off their engagement in March.
OK! previously reported that Hodak was abusive with Sweetin, and she was granted a temporary restraining order from him before they split.
