The Queen’s granddaughter, Zara Phillips, made her first public appearance over the weekend. The famous royal put on a brave face, despite recently announcing she’d suffered a miscarriage in December.
Zara was competing in the Magic Millions Polo on the Gold Coast of Australia. In a frightening moment mid-way through the match, she took a tumble! However, she got right back on the horse.
“That’s her will to win. She’s tough, she bounces,” said her husband, Mike Tindall, to the crowd.

The couple announced in November that they were expecting their second child, but just less than a month later, the pair revealed the sad news that Zara had miscarried.
But it looks like Princess Anne’s daughter isn’t letting that keep her down! The accomplished equestrian was all smiles as she enjoyed the event.
