Bravo better have their money! The Real Housewives of Atlanta is preparing to celebrate its 100th episode with a special dedicated to our favorite Georgia peaches of the past and present. But according to reports, former housewives Shereé Whitfield and Lisa Wu have dropped out of taping for the show due to some series salary drama.
During the special, current and former housewives will recap their experiences on the hit show and share some of their memorable moments from behind the scenes.
Whitfield and Wu -- who are both members of the show’s original cast -- were reportedly on board when first presented with opportunity, the reports detail. However, conflicts over their salaries for the special led the ladies backing out of taping for the episode.
And the reports added that the ladies also convinced their fellow original housewife DeShawn Snow to also drop out of the taping since she had reportedly initially agreed to do it for free.

The first trailer for RHOA’s 100th episode special has already dropped, and Whitfield and Wu are noticeably absent from the interview clips that are shown of the housewives who did return.
Though they haven’t been in the spotlight consistently since their departures from RHOA, Whitfield and Wu’s reported salary demands were likely fueled by the buzz currently surrounding them both.
Wu made a reality TV comeback on Hollywood Divas, and Whitfield has been mentioned as a rumored cast member for RHOA’s upcoming eighth season! But with all the uncertainty surrounding Season 8, it remains to be seen if Whitfield will actually be joining the show after so many seasons away.
