TV Fanatic breaks down your fave show of the night!

Desperate Housewives: “DH didn’t waste anytime letting us know the fate of the Scavo family, thank goodness. Tom and the kids were rattled, but alive. Ida was not so lucky. She was the friend Wisteria Lane lost to the tornado. Ida, we hardly knew yah, and that’s why you had to kick the bucket. But tonight’s episode was kind of a testimony in her honor. We learned that played ball in the All American Girls’ League, and she actually sacrificed her own life for the Scavo kids. What a woman! Lynette was back in form as she saved Ida’s ashes from her callous niece and nephew by dumping them in a plastic baggie (and filling the urn with dust from the vacuum, hilarious!!) so they could be sprinkled on Grandville Field, per Ida’s wishes. Gabrielle also lost something, her money. Victor’s father knew of Gaby’s affair and cut her out of his dead son’s will. As for Carlos’ off-shore bank accounts – gone too, since Al also perished in the tornado, and his wife shredded all the info behind those less-than-legal accounts. It’s nice to know that Gaby wants to stay with Carlos, even if he’s broke. But will she feel the same when she learns he’s blind? OK, I want Bree to come live with me. Hemmed clothing, ironed bed sheets, dinner every night? No wonder Susan sabotaged Bree and Orson’s effort’s to fix their contractor’s broken heart – and get him back to work. And yes, they were pimping out their son Andrew, but I guess it’s worth it for a 60-inch flat screen! Katherine told Andrew he had to go because of his affair with a former patient, but he learned of her deadly secret about her first husband, and told her he was the one doing the leaving. Daughter Danielle did some digging in the fireplace and learned of her mother’s damaging secret. Thanks to the writers’ strike, looks like we really are going to be the last ones to know…” – TV Fanatic
