That's exactly what Chris Brown did while in Cannes. Seriously. The singer wore bright pink sneakers that he didn't even walk on the ground with, and his massive security team had to jog just to keep up with him!

Though Chris brought his beautiful daughter Royalty to the Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas last week, he left her home as he traveled to Cannes to take part in the annual film festival.
