The number one rule in the Big Brother house? America is always watching and listening.

The 15th season of the CBS hit has just started and one contestant, Aaryn Gries, has already forgotten she's being watched 24/7. Now the 22-year-old is paying the price, even if she doesn't know it yet since she's still in the house.

Fans have started a petition to get her evicted after her racist and homophobic slurs towards others locked away with her were aired on the show's 24-hour live feed. According to TMZ, Aaryn was heard slamming her fellow gay, Asian-American and African-American houseguests.

Now Aaryn's Austin, Texas, modeling agency has already dropped her in the wake of the scandal. "Aaryn, season 15 cast member of Big Brother, revealed prejudices and other beliefs that we do not condone," Zephyr Talent said in a statement posted to Facebook. "We certainly find the statements made by Aaryn on the live Internet feed to be offensive. Any views or opinions expressed in personal commentary by Aaryn, either on any live feed from the House or during the broadcast, are hers alone and do not represent the views or opinions of Zephyr Talent. Upon much consideration, we have decided to release Aaryn from her contract with Zephyr Talent."

And CBS shared their own thoughts about Aaryn's hateful comments: "Big Brother is a reality show about watching a group of people who have no privacy 24/7 -- and seeing every moment of their lives," reads the statement. "At times, the houseguests reveal prejudices and other beliefs that we do not condone. We certainly find the statements made by several of the houseguests on the live Internet feed to be offensive. Any views or opinions expressed in personal commentary by a houseguest appearing on Big Brother, either on any live feed from the House or during the broadcast, are those of the individual(s) speaking and do not represent the views or opinions of CBS or the producers of the program."

Do you think Aaryn should be ejected from the show, or should she be allowed to stay on and face the consequences later? Sound off in the comments section or on Twitter @OKMagazine.
