Jonah Hill Sheds 100 Pounds With Help From Pal Channing Tatum
He’s been up and down before, but in the past year Jonah Hill has transformed himself, losing more than 100 pounds with the help of a nutritionist and a lot of hard work. The actor, who committed to fitness after gaining for the 2016 movie War Dogs and reportedly tipping the scale at more than 300 pounds, has joked that he ran his shape-up plan — eating less and working out, who knew? — by his 21 Jump Street pal Channing Tatum, who gave it a thumbs-up. He stopped drinking beer, a source says, started a food diary (which the star confessed he once accidentally emailed to Drake, rather than his “Dr.”) and hit the gym, and he’s now weighing in at about 185. “Jonah feels great,” the insider says. “He’s no longer motivated by what roles he wants. He thinks staying healthy can improve his whole life, and maybe even win him a serious girlfriend again.”
