As we said last week, there's a few surprise performances that go down every year at the annual music and technology festival, SXSW. The fest is currently underway in Austin, TX, and some major names (including Justin Bieber!) have already taken the stage. But two even more major names are rumored to be performing there tonight together—Kanye West and Jay Z!
