Officially Mrs. Clooney! Amal Alamuddin Changes Her Last Name

Just call her Mrs. Clooney. Amal Alamuddin, who married George Clooney less than a month ago in an over-the-top wedding in Venice, Italy, has officially ditched her maiden name and taken on her husband's moniker, which clearly isn't a terrible one to have. Amal is referred to as "Amal Clooney" on the website for her UK-based law firm.

What's more, the new wife has officially returned to work after her whirlwind wedding month. Amal is back to her job as a Civil Rights Lawyer and is currently in Athens, Greece, taking care of business. You didn't think Amal would just quit her job and let George support her with his billions of dollars, did you? Of course not. Amal is an independent woman, thank you very much.
