She Did It! Miley Cyrus Managed to Top Her Last VMAs Performance

Miley Cyrus followed up her twerk-tastic performance at last year's VMAs performance with an amazing choice at the show in 2014. And no, it didn't even involve nudity or her tongue.

Miley won Video of the Year for "Wrecking Ball," but when she stood up to head for the stage, she paused to hug a blonde boy with her and sent him up in her place. The boy then gave a speech explaining the plight of homeless youth in Los Angeles. Miley looked on as he spoke, with tears in her eyes.

The boy then directed viewers to go to MileyCyrus.com to learn more about how to help with youth homelessness. How spectacularly classy, Miley! She can do more than twerk.
