Tyga and Kylie Jenner are doing a really bad job at trying to convince us that they are not dating. The two were spotted out together Monday night enjoying sushi at Hollywood restaurant Kabuki, and according to reports, it was definitely a date, though the rapper has previously denied they are together romantically.
If this sounds creepy at all—it should, as Tyga is 25-years-old while Kylie is 17-years-old, making her a minor. In California, the age of consent is 18, and it is illegal for anyone to engage in sexual intercourse with a minor.

Tyga even posted a photo of his rumored new flame on Instagram Wednesday, which is doing nothing to dispel the rumors. The black-and-white picture, which also featured rapper Big Sean, was captioned, “Surround yourself with good people. Good hearts, Good souls #LastKings.”

Just weeks ago, Tyga split from his fiancé, Blac Chyna, who is actually close friends with Kim Kardashian. So is he dating Kylie? He addressed the speculation on Twitter last month, denying any kind of romance.
