In between cuts of Kim planning her wedding and Khloe moving out of her home with Lamar Odom, Kourtney slips in a little announcement: "I'm pregnant," she says simply to partner Scott Disick, while seemingly sitting on the floor of her closet. She is then shown giving the news to her siblings and mother, and explaining that the pregnancy was not planned. Kourtney and Scott are already parents to Mason, 4, and Penelope, almost 2. At this rate, the couple will have a Kardashian-sized brood in no time!
