Pop music's hottest two stars of the week battled it out for best dressed at their chic, star-studded celebrations last night. Paris Hilton just debuted her new single, "Good Time," featuring Lil Wayne and Miley, well Miley's just being Miley on top of the world right now.

Paris partied at SBE's Create Nightclub in Hollywood, while Miles got low over in the big apple at The General. Clearly Ms. Miley wore metallic pink underwear for the occas-ion, while P rocked out in her signature—a short black dress.

While best look of the night might be debatable, we're pretty sure best party is not. Miley and crew went Bangerz with performances by Beacher’s Madhouse entertainment, including little-people performers, stand-up comedians, stilt-dancers, contortionists, variety acts, acrobats, and a special appearance by Amazon Ashley (a 6'7 burlesque dancer), Amazing Amy (the oldest contortionist dancer), X-Rated Balloon artists, the World's oldest male stripper and performers dressed in elephant and bear costumes, who twerked the night away. Would you expect anything less?
