Last spring, at a Cannes Film Festival press conference for Angelina Jolie‘s animated hit Kung Fu Panda, the Oscar-winning actress’ co-star Jack Black let it slip to the press that the reports of Angie being pregnant with twins were indeed true.
And while there was no such headline-making news revealed at Sunday’s DVD launch for the film, the mother of six spoke openly about the joy of watching her children grow up.
"They’re great!" Angie, flanked by a huge panda bear, said with a smile outside Graumann’s Chinese Theatre in Hollywood.
When asked if twins Knox and Vivienne, 4 months, already have unique personalities, Angelina answered, "They’re still so little, but they do… They’re at that point where their personality really starts to shine."
Only six weeks afer giving birth to the twins, their father and Angie’s real life leading man Brad Pitt, captured the actress in a series of intimate photographs, published recently in W magazine.
"I was happy I got to work with my favorite photographer," she tells Extra in an interview airing tonight. "I think he’s a really great artist and I have the fortune of living with someone who I respect so much. I love his pictures and I love him. We got to stay home and play with the kids. Easy day at work!"
And soon there might be even more kids around to play with, although Angelina won’t reveal yet if they’ll adopt or have another biological child.
"It’ll be a giant surprise for all of us. We’ll see what happens," she reveals.
