E! News reports that Giuliana and Bill Rancic made the announcement at Giuliana's baby shower today (on Father's Day!).
"We are so ready for everything that comes with being a new mom and dad!" Giuliana said. "We just can't wait!"
"We are beyond excited to be having a little boy," Bill added.

Aw! We are so happy for them! The couple announced that they were expecting their first child through a surrogate on the Today show last April.
"At the end of the day, whether you have a baby naturally, through adoption, through surrogacy, it's your baby. You're going to love that baby and that's all that matters," Giuliana had said at the time.
