Since giving birth to Bronx Mowgli last November, Ashlee Simpson-Wentz has been determined to get her pre-baby body back.
She recently kick-started her weight-loss program with Jackie Keller's 30-day Body After Baby plan, which offers "mommy and me" workouts, such as playing peekaboo.
Ash also supplements the workouts with Nutrifit meals and snacks, delivered daily. The 24-year-old new mom is now half-way to her goal of shedding 30 pounds and has been eating healthy.

"She's swapping french toast and sugary syrup for multi-grain bread and berries," a pal of the singer tells OK!. And when her hubby, Pete Wentz, 29, brings home pizza, she has a slice, but loads it up with veggies.
Of course, Ashlee recently rushed to the defense of her big sister Jessica Simpson, when she wrote on her blog that, "all women come in different shapes, sizes, and forms and just because you're a celebrity, there shouldn't be a different standard."
