LARRY BIRKHEAD TALKS TO OK! ABOUT CUSTODY ORDEAL

After months of legal wrangling, DNA tests have proven that photographer Larry Birkhead - and not lawyer Howard K. Stern - is the biological father of Anna Nicole Smith's baby daughter Dannielynn. While custody of Dannielynn will not be officially decided until later this week, Stern, who is listed as the father on the baby's birth certificate, told reporters after the announcement of the DNA results that he would not fight Birkhead's custody claim.In the days leading up to today's big announcement in the Bahamas, Birkhead told OK!, 'I don't even know what city I'm in when I wake up in the morning, I've been running around so much I feel like a musician on tour.' But Larry, who flew from L.A. to Florida early Saturday morning en route to the Bahamas, where he learned he was 99.99999 per cent the father of Dannielynn, said prior to the verdict he was really excited and never expressed a shred of doubt about being the baby's natural father.
